Preventing burnout is fully encompassing of the mind and body, nourish your desires by adopting check in techniques and life coaching habits that embrace a healthy and yogic lifestyle. 
As you learn what lights you up, how to set healthy boundaries, and what brings more yin to your yang will translate into lifestyle choices that support you on the yoga mat as much as off it. 
Join weekly Live Zoom calls to answer yoga questions, discuss wellness lifestyle tips, share meditation experiences and talk healing. Enjoy the group dynamic and appreciate how showing up to a group makes you accountable for your own personal growth.
Adding depth and breadth to this self-paced weekly program are yoga videos, yin yoga audios, guided meditations, breathing techniques, life coaching tasks, yoga expert interviews and visualizations to add as a variety of online learning tools.

What to expect week to week. 

In this series, you will receive a balance of Yin & Yang Yoga practices, yoga audios, guided meditations, breathing techniques, life coaching, visualizations, lifestyle tips, nutritional support and wellness expert interviews – with each week focusing on one of five aspects of your life plus Chinese Medicine element themes.

Redesign Your Life is a holistic and natural concept that Sharni has developed, which combines: her 20 years of personal and professional experience in the wellness industry; ancient healing tools (such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga & Ayurveda); plus modern sciences and Life Coaching techniques to give you a well-rounded and clear step-by-step path to transform your life.

Week 1: Let Go

#1 looks at your LIFESTYLE HABITS and choices and empowers you to redesign your life and take your power back… but in a gentle and compassionate way!  
Let go of what is holding you back from living Your Best Life!

What is draining your energy, and what limiting beliefs are no longer serving you in your life? How can you clear the path and overcome obstacles? This first step of "Redesign Your Life' and LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE is about letting go of what no longer serves you, about rewriting your story and ultimately, consciously choosing to create more freedom in your life.

Week 2: Nurture

#2 looks at your HEALTH, and how you can recharge your batteries – because without your health… you have nothing! 
Nurture your body, mind and soul!

How is stress impacting your health? How can you increase your energy and decrease anxiety or fatigue… but by doing less? Self-care tools and simple healthy habits – that you can realistically implement into your daily routine – assist you to stress less and live more, give less and receive more, do less and relax more, Yang less, and Yin more.

Week 3: Envision

#3 looks at your WORK and how to envision and plan, so you feel charged, motivated and ready to inspire the world… but without burning out along the way!  Envision your dreams! 

Know your unique gifts and purpose! Get clarity on what, why, who and how you can create your ideal Life from a work perspective. How can you do what you love, love what you do and get paid for it?

Week 4: Flourish

#4 is about RELATIONSHIPS and going out into the world, opening your heart, taking action on living a life you love and fully experiencing and expressing love in a healthy, nourishing and nurturing way… but without losing yourself in the process.  Create healthy & happy relationships with yourself and your loved ones!

Discover how to give AND receive and open your heart to invite loving relationships into your life. How can you increase your self-worth, self-love and self-acceptance, so you feel radiant, alive and loved!

Week 5: Manifest

#5 looks at ABUNDANCE and how the more you slow down and tune in, the more you are open to receiving the gifts of the Universe! Discover how to invite success into your life… but without overworking yourself as you go!
Manifest magic and abundance into your life!

Bust your money myths, create positive beliefs and discover how to manifest abundance through many different forms.

Meet the instructor

Sharni Quinn

Sharni Quinn - or ‘Shiny Queen’ as she is affectionately known in Bali - is an international Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher; InnerLifeSkills® Coach; published author; motivational speaker, and wellness business entrepreneur. She’s also a ray of sunshine who lights up the world with each step she takes!
Since her first YTT in 2007, Sharni has taught over 6 500 Yoga classes; launched Cape Town Yoga Experiences; plus founded and successfully sold Follow the Sun – a Women’s Wellness company. She was the Yoga expert on the panel for Natural Medicine World; created ‘Healthy Habits for Busy People’ Corporate Wellness Program; wrote and self-published her book ‘Follow the Sun’; plus inspired hundreds of women worldwide through her coaching, retreats and ‘Living Yinly’ Online Life Transformation and Yoga Programs.
Now – after redesigning her own life – she lives a simple life in Bali supporting fellow spiritual entrepreneurs through wellness business coaching and mentoring.
