All is sacred, let’s raise our collective vibrations in celebration together.
Re-awaken your divine energy through the union of Kundalini Yoga and the healing vibrations of mantra.
The first part will be a short but poignant and inspiring talk on the power of yoga, the effects of yoga for healing and activation of higher states of consciousness, such as compassion, acceptance and loving kindness. We’ll talk about how what we vibrate directly affects our inner and outer worlds freedom and empowerment that comes with knowing that we can be forces for good in the world. Greg will offer an explanation of why Kundalini Yoga and Chanting Kirtan are so effective in supporting these vibrations before guiding you through an uplifting Kundalini Yoga practice to release tension, get our energy flowing and connect with the Great Spirit/Source.
Then, after a deep relaxation we’ll take a short break and reconnect for a heart centered Kirtan - blasting our collective vibrations inward and outward with an intention of love and healing.
This workshop will be organic and ease-full, with lots of space to feel and share at the end if time permits.
All are welcome to share in this individual and collective opening. Let’s come together and uplift each other.
Props Needed: whatever you need to be comfortable, a quiet and private space where you feel free to experience and release whatever arises, sing fully with your whole heart, and ideally a good set of speakers or headphones to emerse in the vibrations of Kirtan
