This 15 Minute Power Yoga for Legs & Booty session is created to strengthen legs, tone glutes stretch hips, quads & hamstring.

This practice is recommended for intermediate yoga practitioners. Poses can be modified if you have any injuries.

Sasha Gautama

Sasha Gautama is a 200h ERYT yoga teacher. Born and having worked in Jakarta, it was in Bali where she fell in love with yoga. She has a passion for fitness and nutrition, which led her to learn about the dynamic sequence of Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Power Yoga. Besides her avid interest in practicing meditation, she teaches at various studios in Jakarta and Bali, as well as online. Sasha is committed to facilitating your development and practice of yoga.
