Meet the instructor

Alyssa Goldberg

Originally born in Los Angeles, CA, Alyssa has been practicing power and vinyasa yoga for over a decade. It wasn’t until she first arrived in Bali six years ago that something shifted and her passion transformed into a new quality of life. Now a full-time teacher at The Yoga Barn and other local studios, she also leads workshops and teacher trainings internationally. 

Alyssa’s teaching philosophy is based on her own practice — show up just as you are. She strives to help each student find their unique edge, regardless of level or background. Her classes are known for being dynamic and strong with an energetic warmth that invites deeper connection to body, mind and soul.
