This is a wonderfully rich opportunity for yogi’s with a foundational yoga practice to enjoy Malaika 5 Elemental Yoga Class Series. Her intention is for you to explore and embody the 5 elements of the Ayurvedic system: earth, fire, water, air and ether through these themed 45-minute asana practices. These feminine flow of hatha and vinyasa yoga weaves the principles of flow and fluidity.
Step off your mat feeling more alive and refreshed with lifeforce energy (prana). Feel empowered, feel strong and content within yourself. Each class is an invitation to give yourself permission to recognize imbalances so you can unwind as you listen to the intelligence of your own body. Her desire by the end of the class is for students to experience a connectedness and a deeper bodily awareness. Her hope is that students get switched on to develop an intuitive need to start their day with a personal self-practice.
