Yoga reminds us about the shared commonality, especially between us and our own breath. In this 60-minute practice, we'll incorporate the power of the breath that supports us through our days to the gentle movements. By understanding the breath, we'll have the ability to receive life and give it back without fear.

In this class, we will also work on the ability not to take anything too seriously. This practise is an invitation for everyone, no matter what's going on in our life, to connect the sense of lightness, presence and connection with our breath.
