Hip Hop originated in the Bronx, created by the Black community, incorporating Jamaican dance elements. Hip Hop dance is a great HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) Cardio workout to lose weight and get toned. This 20-min dance routine gives you the positive feeling and the choreography taught in this video challenges your brain to work in different ways. Every exercise routine is bound to make you feel great. But adding Hip Hop music has a charm of its own.  Try and see it for yourself!
