This Journey combines the gentle yet powerful Rebirthing Breathwork with Sound Healing. The combination of Sound Healing and gentle Rebirthing Breathwork will take you on a deep journey to stillness and bliss. This is easy for anyone to do it home, we are using the gentle nose breathing rhythm of Rebirthing so that you can safely and easily hold space for yourself. Full instructions are given at the beginning of the session to create a safe container for you to be able to let go and surrender with the breath and be taken on a deeply cleansing healing journey with the sound.
