The word vinyasa means combining movement with breath. Share in this open level vinyasa flow that is a sharing of Nadine’s personal daily practice yoga style. Get hot and sweaty, enjoy good tunes and be ready for all good vibes. This is an open level flow practice but if you are completely new, try the foundational Reggae classes before joining in this paced flow. Pause in shoulder stand, enjoy the counterbalance of fish pose and enjoy the stillness between. Wide leg, side body opening and twists will get all of your qi moving and stagnation flushing.

Nadine McNeil

Nadine McNeil’s twenty-odd year career within the United Nations, serving at locations across the globe, is what guided her towards yoga, primarily as a necessary tool for self-care while serving in volatile, conflict scenarios. Her current mission includes designing and implementing a yoga module that especially supports those who tirelessly serve others through their daily work.
