An open level hatha yoga practice that invites space within the body's major joints and muscles.

Starting in a supported child’s pose find your breath and center before a gentle shoulder opening and balancing pose starts a flow sequence.  Weaving gentle hip opening, twists, hamstring and Surya Namaskar B through the practice to smooth yet funky tunes.  Activate the core into opening and unwinding floor poses to reap the therapeutic benefits of Nadine’s intelligent sequencing and mindful asana.

Props required: bolster, pillow or thick blanket.

Nadine McNeil

Nadine McNeil’s twenty-odd year career within the United Nations, serving at locations across the globe, is what guided her towards yoga, primarily as a necessary tool for self-care while serving in volatile, conflict scenarios. Her current mission includes designing and implementing a yoga module that especially supports those who tirelessly serve others through their daily work.
