See.d

See.d is an accelerated athlete born in the USA. He now is an earth traveling practitioner of dynamic movement. He is enthused by artistic life expressions, and a promoter of building inner strength and sharing it.

He taught PiYo classes for 7 years in Florida before life brought him to Bali where he is part of The Yoga Barn faculty.
