Meet the instructor

Hayden Rain

Across traditions, yoga is a journey of self-discovery, integrating heart, body, and mind. Hayden Rain teaches from the heart to the individual, creating inclusive and trauma-aware spaces where all are welcome. His classes invite students to explore their own practice and unique connection with the divine.

Raised in a large family close to nature, Hayden grew up with kindness as a guiding value. His background in martial arts, Buddhist meditation, and a degree in Conservation Ecology deepened his connection to both the natural world and the inner landscape. Discovering yoga in the mid-2000s, he embraced its grounded practices for cultivating peace and awareness in daily life.

Hayden’s teaching is inspired by the world within and around us. He draws wisdom from his teachers Bex Tyrer, Thich Nhat Hanh, Mark Whitwell, Jo Phee, and his parents, and shares yoga as a path to joy, ease, and growth.
