Restorative Yoga cultivates deep relaxation & compassionate equanimity, bringing balance back to the body & activating insight within the mind. This 45-minute class consists of restful, long-held, slow-releasing poses as Tina guides you gently into healing, rejuvenating stillness. Bolsters, blankets, cushions and blocks are used to support the body, bringing about gentle release via deep relaxation.

Tina Nance

Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years and teaching Yoga and Somatic Inquiry around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings. Tina’s Yoga Therapy School runs 100hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Embodied Feminine Practices, Embodied Mindfulness Practices & Embodied Trauma Integration. In recent years Tina has specialised in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness, and Yoga Therapy for Women's Wellness.  She  is currently a resident yoga teacher & teacher trainer at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia.
