Meet the instructor

Anand

Anand is a Level 2 Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner and an internationally certified Hatha Yoga Master Acharya with over 12 years of experience. Trained at the Sivananda Ashrams in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Rishikesh, Anand began his yoga journey in childhood, developing a deep connection with conscious breathing. This connection has enriched his spiritual practice and contributed to his success in world championships, including national SUP titles in India.

He has taught extensively in Tamil Nadu, where he founded his yoga school, as well as in Goa, Kerala, Dharamsala, and Rishikesh. Internationally, Anand has shared his expertise in Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Bali. Holding a Naturopathy Diploma from the International Yoga Academy, he integrates holistic wellness into his teachings, offering a transformative approach through teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats worldwide.
