YOGA

INTERMEDIATE

60 MIN

"The more you hate it, the more you need it."Everyday activity patterns like walking, running and sitting lead to shortening and tightening of our hamstring muscles. At some point it could cause back pain. This sequencing flow will help you lengthen the back of your body from toes  o the back of your neck, helping to release any back contraction, pain or sciatica.

Be mindful! The classes are an invitation for you to drop into your body and your practice feeling into your own limitations safely. It is refreshing to be reminded that you are responsible for your own limit. Feel free to take resting positions if necessary or even modify as you wish. The most important thing is to keep your breath flow: stable, steady and smooth. Props needed: 2 blocks. This class is for intermediate practitioner.

Thofan Meninao

Thofan was introduced to yoga at The Yoga Barn in 2015 with Emily Kuser’s 200 hour High Vibe Yoga YTT. There he fell in love with the practice and saw yoga as a lifestyle he wanted to adopt. He learnt from many teachers such as Mark Whitwell, Bex Tyrer, Tina Nance, Mei Lai Swan, Balsundra Srinatha and many more. Since 2018, he has been teaching yoga with a focus on the practice of mindfulness.
