This is a set of simple and accessible classical Indian Pranayama and Kriya. Specifically working on releasing tension on the organs of perception, this 45-minute practice is designed to help us cope with our gadget screen time. We will work on optical nerves, audio senses and nerves centre.

Rooted in Classical Hatha, and influenced by many styles and beloved gurus; his classes are fun, focused, and very naturally flowing; lightheartedly exploring and embracing our shared humanness. Greg is also a seasoned and passionate musician and Kirtanist, having lead charity Kirtans for years.
