'Living Yinly' Series Recharge: Nurturing & Nourishing
5 Step Path of ‘Living Yinly’ – Bringing more Yin to your Yang so you can Stress Less & Live More!
These 1-hour sessions start with Yang-style yoga (Vinyasa & Hatha-based) for the first 30 minutes, and then gracefully transition into gentle Yin yoga poses for the remaining 30 minutes.
Each session is based on a different ‘Living Yinly’ theme and Traditional Chinese Medicine Element to bring you back into balance. By nurturing and nourishing your whole system, you are recharging your batteries, boosting your immune system, resting your mind, rebooting your body and coming back to peace and calmness.
Here we are focusing on the Fire Element; the meridian we are working with is the Heart
