Hormonal Yoga Series - Restoring Self-Love, Improving the Functioning of the Digestive and Hormonal Systems
Hormonal Yoga With Essential Oils is a combination of therapeutical yin yoga classes with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and aromatherapy, for balancing our energy, chakras, emotions, meridians and hormones.
During this 60-min class we will work with the movement of energy in a main meridian and system for our health: the Spleen and Stomach (Earth element.)
This Earth Element energy structure is responsible for:

She has helped hundreds of people achieve radiant, long-lasting physical and emotional well-being. With 18 years of experience in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Kundalini and Therapeutical Yoga, she has done many Yoga Teacher Training courses, including the 200-Hour and 500-Hour courses. For the past 2 years, she has delved into Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurvedic studies.
