This kriya for elevation is accessible for beginners and advanced practitioners. The main aim of this 60-minute class is moving energy through our body. We will work with the spine, combining and joining movements with breath to stimulate the organs, different glands and energy centers along the central channel. This practice will elevate energy and remove blockages. This practise is best to do in the morning. However, it is also available anytime you need to boost up your energy.
