Master Your Mobility: It’s a miniseries focusing on joint intelligence, how to create, maintain and increase strong ranges of motion in all our joints. The better joint health we have, the more movement capacity we can access, and it will also reduce and remove pain and discomfort when we give it time and attention! In this 45-min class we will introduce the concept of joint intelligence through controlled articular rotations to create a workspace within the joints for them to function better, so that you can use them better for anything you love doing. Each major joint in the body has a rotational movement, and with slow and controlled rotations, we utilize tension to increase capacity and strength, subsequently reduce pain and discomfort to move better and to feel better!
Chris Fox is a 500H registered yoga teacher, movement alchemist and Mobility Specialist trained in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) within the Functional Range Systems (FRS). He moved to Bali in 2016 and has been teaching yoga and movement passionately ever since. He guides classes, workshops, immersions, retreats and teacher trainings with his Fox Method as a fun, functional, and challenging way with a focus on simplicity and curiosity. His primary focus is for you to move better and to feel better, and to become pain-free to be able to do all the things you love to do - every day!
