This is a Qi Gong basic foundational session to do at anytime, anywhere. This simple 45-minute class is designed to clear one's breath, increase one's strength and achieve a clarity of mind. Qi Gong is a system of learning on how to move and direct energy within our own body to reach harmony and balance. This class will be focusing on applying Qi Gong on a daily basis.
Kamau Abayomi

Kamau is also a 2-time international poetry slam champion, an award-winning dance choreographer, art events curator, author, and internationally touring DJ.
