Slow Flow is a flow class where asana is linked with breath movement. The “slow” element gives you time to settle into each pose and start to feel the shape your body is making. This 45-minute class is designed to make you aware of your limitations and adjust the movement to the pose that is best suited for you. Slow Flow is a good introduction class to Vinyasa Flow.
