Modern yoga classes rarely pay much attention to the facial and neck regions. Yet, these area might be holding the key to relieving our headache and stiff shoulders. Not to mention looking more relaxed, radiant and fresher. Combining Yin yoga poses and manual therapy using tennis balls this 60-minute class is aimed at promoting hydration, sliding and qi (energy flow) of the fascia (connective tissues) of your face and neck region. After the class, make sure to drink plenty of water to re-hydrate your fascia, and rest your body well.
