Yin Yoga: Cultivate Resiliency and Capacity at Your Edge
In this 60-min Yin Yoga practice we not only unpack the residue of trauma and stress from our physical tissues, but also cultivate our capacity to inhabit our bodies more fully and become more comfortable with the uncomfortable. We need to feel our discomfort to heal our discomfort. This practice serves to expand our window of tolerance in order to transmute the pain and misalignments stuck in the body in a safe and gentle way. This in supports how the body can unwind the fascial constrictions from our past, free up our life-force and embody our wholeness and full potential.
