This is a simple 45-minute practice occupying yoga's asanas and breathing techniques to relax our body and mind. As body and mind are interconnected and interdependent, the combination of both asanas and breathing techniques will be helpful in releasing tension and helping us to calm down, mindfully and physically. Although this asana is available to do at anytime. It is recommended to do this practice before going to bed.
