Take your Yin practice to a new level of creativity and freedom. Instead of limiting the practice to the availability of props, using principles of Paul Grilley’s (the father of Yin Yoga) functional yoga and skeletal variations as a foundation, this 60-minute class will explore various yoga poses with only help of a wall as a prop. Get creative and intuitive with your chest and shoulder-opener poses, side stretches and back openers with fewer props
