Pada bagian ketiga ini, pada tahap pemanasan, kita akan diajak menirukan gerakan binatang dengan cara yang menyenangkan, dilanjutkan dengan dua pose Partner Yoga inti yakni shin to foot, walk the plank, flamingo, foot to shin. Kita akan mempelajari beberapa variasi dalam pose - pose tersebut dan juga transisi dari satu pose ke pose lainnya.

Basic Partner Yoga 4 (Bahasa Indonesia) [Basic Partner Yoga Series]
Pada bagian keempat, pemanasan ditekankan pada bagian core / inti. Kita akan diajak untuk melakukan transisi dari enam atau lebih pose yang telah dipelajari pada bagian sebelumnya. Latihan bagian keempat akan memberikan inspirasi kreatifitas bagi praktisi yoga untuk mengembangkan pengalaman berlatih partner yoga di rumah.

Pada bagian kedua ini, selama 45 menit, kita akan melakukan partner warm up untuk tulang punggung dan paha, diikuti dengan permainan yang sangat menyenangkan. Pada bagian kedua ini, kita akan fokus mempelajari dua pose Partner Yoga chair pose dan high fly whale.
