Michelle Timmins
Michelle's yoga journey began with her first trip to India, laying the foundation for her meditation practice. She then studied meticulously in Los Angeles with Bikram Choudhury for several years. After relocating to France, her focus shifted to movement with breath, drawing inspiration from established practices such as Scaravelli, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga.
Certifying to teach in 2005, Michelle opened, directed, and managed her studio in the south of France for fifteen years before embarking on a new adventure in China to teach and further her studies, ultimately making Bali her home.
Her classes are centered around themes of acceptance, surrender, and quality over quantity. Michelle is known for her soft yet direct approach, creating a space for students to discover their best teacher within. As a lifelong student, she continues to refine her knowledge to better serve and teach each individual in their personal exploration from the inside out. Michelle's expertise in alignment, adjustment, and care is a rare asset.
